Easy and Delicious Shredded Chicken Tacos

So I've been craving Mexican food for awhile now and nothing has really hit the spot. While this isn't totally Mexican food it REALLY hit the spot and I am still craving it again today. It is so easy and super super delicious...enjoy!


1 jar of your favorite salsa (I used a southwestern style one and we really liked it)
1 can of pinto beans
2 chicken breasts

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 4-6 hours on low, shred chicken apart when it gets close to being done. Keep it in for another hour or so, so each piece soaks up the deliciousness! Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.

Keep in mind this recipe gave us about 5 HUGE tacos (more like burritos) with enough left over for another one. My mouth is still watering thinking about how delicious this was!!
